Vehicle Battery & Starter/Alternator Analyser and Tester

This Battery Analyzer tests a wide variety of 12V batteries: Wet (Flooded), VRLA or Maintenance Free (MF), Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF), Absorption Glass Mat (AGM) and GEL cell. Basing on the types, each battery has its own designated purposes either for Starting (SLI) - mainly for automotives, Deep Cycled -common for UPS, backups, electric vehicles, etc or Marine - boats use. The major Battery Standards: SAE, EN, DIN, IEC and JIS are supported by this analyzer.

Functions It has three main functions namely as:

Battery Analyser

To analyze the conditions of the 12V battery using an advanced testing method: Conductance Measurement Technique with battery still on or off the vehicle. The analysis is fast (less than 5 seconds) and its results are displayed on the large and clear LCD screen showing: Battery Voltage, Cranking Amps (basing on CCA, DIN, EN, JIS and IEC), Internal Resistance (mW), Life (%) and final Result in either Good, Recharge or Replace.

 ALTERNATOR ANALYSER

To check the MAX and MIN charging voltages output of the Alternator at 2000 RPM with all loads on and at 3000 RPM without load so as to determine its condition.

STARTER MOTOR ANALYSER

Checking the Starter motor condition during cranking. The voltage drop during the cranking cycle will give an indication on the condition of the Starter.
